1st possible reason: Your browser settings have JavaScript turned off.

Solution: Please turn JavaScript on in the browser preferences.

Internet Explorer users :

On the Tools menu go to > Extras > Preferences > Web Content > Enable Scripting > Click OK

or

Internet Explorer 7 users :

On the Tools menu go to Extras > Internet Options > Security Tab > Custom Level > Scroll down to Active Scripting > Enable Active Scripting > Click Yes > Click OK > Click OK

Internet Explorer 5 users :

On the Tools menu go to Extras > Internet Options > Security Tab > Settings > Scroll down to Active Scripting > Enable Active Scripting > Click OK > Click OK

Netscape Navigator 7 users :

On the Tools menu go to > Edit > Preferences > Click '+' next to Advanced > Click on Script & Plugins > Click the Navigator box to Enable JavaScript > Click OK

Netscape Navigator 4 users :

On the Tools menu go to > Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Enable JavaScript > Click OK

Then reload the page.

=> If you are not allowed to enable (activate) JavaScript due to administrative restrictions (probably because you currently are using a pc in an internet cafe, school, university or similar)

Add the EMN website to the trusted sites zone.

Internet Explorer users :

1. On the Tools menu go to Extras and click Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Click the Trusted Sites icon, and then click the Sites button.
4. Uncheck the ''requires server verification'' checkbox.
5. Add the following URL to the Web Sites list box : http://www.emn.cc
6. Click OK button.

Note : If you need to add a URL to the Web Sites list and the Add button is disabled, contact the system administrator.

Netscape Communicator 4.x users :

1. On the Tools menu go to Edit and click Settings.
2. From the menu in the new window go to Enhanced and check the box to Enable JavaScript.
3. Click OK button.

2nd possible reason: The browser you are using is far out-of-date and not able to interprete frames.
